Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
We offer our RMM(ninjaOne) client, this is where we will be able to make sure your computer is up to date and remotely monitor for anything out of place. This will be backed with an enterprise-grade antivirus (SentinelOne) as well as Huntress (as our Endpoint Detection and Response EDR) just in case anything gets past the antivirus. As well as our four-step plan to help you and your business stay secure and operational.

We will start by assessing what you have and what you would like, so that we may help you and your company grow. We will then put together a plan of action and have it implemented.
Security and Software.
We secure your network and install all needed software such as our RMM (remote monitoring and management), Antivirus, and EDR (endpoint detection and response). As well as anything talked about during the planning phase. While securing and setting up the network we will be working hands-on with you, to help with any questions you may have as well as to educate you along the way.
Backups and Education.
We will start implementing your new backup solutions as well as the old ones to make sure we have everything backed up. We like this to be hands-on for the user so you can learn along the way and ask any questions as needed. We will document and provide documentation for you as per the plan of action.
Support and Future Education.
You will have 24/7 access to our ticketing system as well as our office phone line. (Work hours apply.) Each ticket will be documented and stored for future problems as well as steps taken to educate the end user.
